This 12 storey tower block previously used as accommodation for the elderly, had over the years suffered from under funding which led to dilapidation of the existing building.

Through guidance and expertise in re-designing of the interior & exterior of the building. It was possible for the client to come away with a new image for the building as luxury apartments.

The re-design allowed the tower block to provide 48 studio flats with an additional 5 different variations of 1 and 2 bedrooms flats.
