105 Clarendon Road is an existing terraced house located in Notting Hill, London. FDR were approached to come up with a solution for extending the narrow house to include a larger kitchen area and entertainment space.

FDRs solution was to create a new dining mezzanine level off the main hallway and provide a new entertainment space by removing the sub floor level at the garage level. Consequently the new extension which was completed on time and on budget increased the floor area of the house and in return increased the overall value of the property substantially.
